• Items not allowed in this venue include: animals (unless assisting an individual with a disability), bottles and cans, fireworks, illegal substances, laser pointers, lawn chairs, spiked jewelry, weapons of any kind including mace or pepper spray.
• On-site medical assistance is provided by The City of Cleveland Emergency Medical Services. The first aid tent is located near the main entrance.
• From the south:
  Take I-71 North to Exit #171B or take I-77 North to Exit #163 (E 9th St). Turn right on Orange/Ontario, get in left lane and proceed to Carnegie Ave. Turn left on Carnegie Ave, stay in left lane. Do not cross Lorain/Carnegie bridge. Turn left on Commercial Rd. Look for Marathon Gas station. Proceed down Commercial Rd hill to Canal Rd. Turn left on Canal Rd. and proceed to W 3rd St. Turn right on W 3rd St., the venue and parking are on the right.
  
  From the east:
  I-90 joins I-71 at the inner belt. Take I-90 to Exit #173A (Prospect Ave). Turn right onto Prospect Ave and proceed to E 21st St. Turn left on E 21st St, get in far right lane, and proceed to Carnegie Ave. Turn right on Carnegie Ave and get in left lane. Do not cross Lorain/Carnegie bridge.Turn left on Commercial Rd. Look for Marathon Gas station. Proceed down Commercial Rd hill to Canal Rd. Turn left on Canal Rd. and proceed to W 3rd St. Turn right on W 3rd St., the venue and parking are on the right.

• A Hard Rock Caf? and a food court is located in the Tower City Center adjacent the venue.
• Camping is prohibited in the parking lots and surrounding streets.
• Restrooms are located throughout the venue. Handicap accessible restrooms are supplemented by handicap accessible portable toilets throughout the venue.
• Time Warner Cable Amphitheater hosts the annual Great American Rib Cook Off and Taste of Cleveland events as well as the Warped Tour. Recent artists include: The Fray, Incubus, 311, O.A.R., Meat Loaf, Sammy Hagar, The Black Crowes, and Dave Chappelle.
• Network Parking provides a wheelchair accessible shuttle bus service between Tower City Center and multiple lots around the venue.
• There will be no re-entry once you have been admitted to this venue.
• Children two and under do not require a ticket.
• Security is provided by Hall Entertainment.
